Refund Policy
Membership Dues

All membership fees are non-refundable, even in the circumstance where the Board terminates a membership in accordance of Article V of the GRIPS By-Laws.

Workshop and Outing Fees

If a member is unable to attend a workshopouting and misses the event any fees paid are non-refundable. If the member knows in advance that they will be unable to attend it is their responsibility to try to “sell” their registration to another member. If the member is able to “sell” it is the sellers responsibility to obtain the money from the other member. The “selling” member should endeavor to notify the Workshop or Outings Director, in order for the correct members’s name to be listed on the event roster. In the event that the Board decides to cancel a workshop or outing all registered members will be offered refunds.

Refund Procedure

When an event has been cancelled the Workshop or Outings Director will submit a list of participants names, email address and the amount to be refunded to the Treasurer who will send the refund by Interact E-Transfer.
