Working with Lightroom Classic – Introduction – Bill Hall
This workshop offers an overview of Lightroom Classic to introduce the user interface, modules and tools. Participants will gain an understanding of the workspace, learn how to import and organize photos in the Library Module as well as perform basic image editing and enhancement in the Develop Module.
The lessons and exercises are designed to give participants a good basic knowledge of the program along with the confidence to explore further on their own.
Participants must have a working version of Lightroom Classic loaded on their laptop. A trial version can be downloaded from the Adobe website just prior to the workshop. Please make sure that you can open the program prior to the morning of the workshop. Practice images will be supplied by the instructor.
NOTE: There are two versions of Adobe Lightroom:
* Lightroom – a cloud-based app to edit, organize, store and share your photos from anywhere.
* Lightroom Classic – a desktop-focused app for editing and organizing your photos stored on a local hard drive.
The user interface is very different between the programs, and this course will focus on Lightroom Classic.

I do not have a lap top. I use a Mac desk top. Does it make any sense to attend? Thanks!
